Tell us where you are.

Some people like to start with a conversation. Others prefer to begin with a project brief. Either approach works. Schedule a discovery call or send the details, and you’ll hear back from the same people who will be planning and building the work.

Send a project inquiry.

If you’ve already gathered the requirements, send them over. We’ll review everything and respond with our candid thoughts on what fits, what doesn’t, and where we’d start. Most replies happen within a few business days.

    Common Questions

Asked enough times to put here.

How long does a typical engagement take?
Web app builds usually run 8–16 weeks from kickoff to launch. Marketing-site builds run 4–8 weeks. Single-day video shoots wrap in 2–3 weeks including post. Multi-day series productions run quarterly cycles. Real timelines after a discovery meeting.
Do you work outside the Texas?
Web work — yes, fully remote engagements are standard and we have done work for clients around the world. Content production — yes, we travel for shoots all across the US and Canada. Travel costs are billed transparently. International production welcome with sufficient lead time.
Can you take over a project that's already in flight?
In many cases, yes. We start by evaluating what’s already been done and giving you a straightforward opinion. The answer might be a rescue, a selective rebuild, or simply helping you get across the finish line with your current vendor. Our job is to recommend what makes sense, not what creates the most billable work.
Who owns the work you produce?
You do. We believe clients should own what they pay to have built. That means full access to code repositories, delivery of media through your own systems, and no lock-in. When generic improvements benefit the wider open-source community, we’re happy to contribute them back..
Do you offer ongoing maintenance or retainers?
Absolutely we do, but only when it makes sense for both sides. Web maintenance retainers, content production retainers for ongoing series, and consulting retainers for advisory work. We don't push retainers as the default; we propose them when there's a clear ongoing need.
What's the difference between MAT and OSTraining?
MAT is the agency you're on now, we offer Web & Web App Development, Content Creation, and Consulting. OSTraining is our sister company that specializes in white-label training development for web tools, plugins, hosting companies, and SaaS products. Same ownership, different focus.
